For persons who are hard of hearing, Adams County, Phelps County and Fillmore County each have a courtroom with a wireless headphone listening system to assist those persons who are hard of hearing.

| Clay County: | Handicap accessible. Elevator to Courtroom on third floor. |
| Fillmore County: | Handicap accessible. Elevator to Courtroom on third floor. |
| Franklin County: | Chairlift to County Courtroom on second floor. District Courtroom on third floor is not handicap accessible. |
| Harlan County: | Handicap accessible. Courtroom on first floor. |
| Kearney County: | Handicap accessible. Elevator to Courtroom on third floor. |
| Nuckolls County: | Handicap accessible. Chairlift to courthouse first floor at north entrance. Chairlift elevator to Courtroom on second floor. |
| Phelps County: | Handicap accessible. Elevator to both District and County Courts on third floor. |
| Webster County: | Handicap accessible. Elevator to Courtroom on third floor. |
